Treasures of the National Museum of Ireland

Duration: 2hrs 

The National Museum of Archaeology holds around 9,000 years of both Irish and world history.

With a private guide we can explore some of the marvels of ancient Irish metalwork such as, the Gleninsheen Gorget, the collections of gold Lunula and ancient jewelry. See the vast collection of Viking swords, axes and household items, a large amount of which were found right here in Dublin.

We will also see the iconic pieces of Christian art such as the Ardagh Chalice, The Lismore Crozier and the Tara Brooch.

No visit to Dublin would be complete without a guided tour of the National Museum.
